Wheel of Life: Uncovering Yoga
Many of us in the west look at Yoga as a form of exercise, but the scope or philosophy of Yoga is much more than that. Yoga is a lifestyle that has been in practice for more then 4,000 years. We do not understand how Yoga got started but the oldest pictures of the Yoga meditation postures were found in the Indus Valley in an area that we refer to today as Pakistan.
